Rather than Sir Graham preach to the crowd, questions were asked by those attending which created a casual and relaxed atmosphere.  'What drives the All Blacks as a team to improve?' was the first question and from there they flowed - some quite controversial!  At times there was much laughter but much of what Sir Graham said can be applied to our own personal and business lives.
